Some of our favorite projects come from long-term relationships — and Ford Construction Company is exactly that kind of client, partnering with Thin Air Web for more than ten years. When you’ve worked together that long, you don’t just build a website. You collaborate to solve the problems that have been slowing everyone down.
Ford’s old site had become hard to navigate, and managing project documents was a headache on both sides of the screen — for the admins uploading them and for the subcontractors and partners trying to find them. The look and feel also needed to catch up with the quality of their work: custom commercial and government buildings and refurbishments.
So we rebuilt it from the ground up — a full redesign that moved Ford from an older CMS to WordPress with a semi-custom theme. The new site makes it simple for their team to manage content and project documents, and just as simple for end users to find what they need in the Plan Room and Project Portfolio. The result is a website that works as efficiently as a well-run jobsite — and finally looks the part, too!
