Most common content and photo changes are built into your Care Plan. If a more complex request is made or changes in design elements are needed, we’ll evaluate and estimate what it will take to accomplish the request. Once approved, we’ll get started and will invoice you for the time needed for that task. It’s as simple as that.
Every month we will perform website updates, plugin updates, regular backups, security scans, uptime monitoring and notification if the site goes down, developer testing, plugin vulnerability response, and plugin license management.
