TriadEAP is a boutique Employee Assistance Program based in Colorado, serving hundreds of companies and tens of thousands of employees, providing comprehensive and flexible EAP services throughout the Rocky Mountains and High Plains.
Triad EAP partners with employers to help employees and their families weather life’s storms and promote a healthy workforce. Triad supports the employee through counseling, financial and legal consultation, work-life benefits, and life coaching.
Employers rely on Triad in the workplace with crisis response, workplace consultation, and training. Triad is also a strategic resource for managers and human resource professionals.
Triad ran an Access database system for many years, customized numerous times, but it was available only from the office, and became increasingly unstable. In addition, to provide remote access to customers for various resources, they maintained data across multiple websites.
The goal for their new cloud-based application was to fully integrate all the data and functions of these various systems into one. This would provide access for Triad Staff, Practice and Provider Partners, Customers and Employees, all in one place.
Since 2017, the system has expanded to include:
