Thin Air built a real-time data connection to FHE’s SAP BusinessOne corporate management system, to eliminate staff time required for data entry. Various forms and functions were created that reduced tasks from hours to minutes or less. Custom reporting for both FHE and customers add tremendous business knowledge.

The system supports several levels of access and function, providing robust production management and documentation for staff across four locations. FHE developed this on-line application for customers to be able to access their FHE equipment certifications with a click of a button. CORE, this groundbreaking cloud-based software, provides customers with the ability to monitor and manage their current job status, equipment status and history, and also their FHE Pressure Control Certifications.

In a fast paced environment, it’s important to be able to get data quickly and access the most up to date information on their equipment’s certification history. FHE has created a one of a kind infrastructure built to manage certifications and valuable documentation. CORE handles both large and small volume customers, keeping track of every aspect of the equipment’s history.

Creating CORE for FHE allowed a cloud-based equipment certification system, easily accessible by employees from any of their locations, using tablets on the testing floor, and generation of PDF certifications on the fly. CORE allows FHE customers the ability to login and access these PDFs, keeping them compliant with all requirements, saving both time and money.
